x; 5, 4, 3, 2 y; -3, 1, -2, 0 Values for relation g are given in the table. Which ordered pair is in g inverse? A. (0, -2) B. (3, -2) C. (3, -5) D. (1, 4)

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

So we have the points (5,-3) (4,1) (3,-2) (2,0) If we inverse it, the x-values will become y-values. And the y-values will become x-values. So if we had (x,y), the inverse would become (y,x)

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

So @DestiSaur all those points I gave you find the inverse for them and see which answer choice has a correct inverse

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its D, (1,4)

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Correct! :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i thought so i just wasnt positive, thanks!

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Anytime! :D
