For A, do you have graph paper on hand or are you using something online/digital? Make your y axis 0 to 26,000 or so. trust me. You could make each block worth 1,000 on one sheet of paper, probably. I would plot the y-intercept at first. This is the value of y when x=0. Let me know when you've got this far.

Next, the slope of the graph corresponds to how much change there is in the y direction over a change in the x. In your problem, is it the change in the number of DVDs sold over the number of years that have passed. So for 1998, 0 years have passed since 1998, so x=0. For 1999, 1 year has passed since 1998, and x=1. Can you figure out what y would be for x=1? You can then use the fact that 2003 is N years after 1998 to find the number of DVDs sold where x=N.
