a/c=h/b because a is a short side of the big triangle while c is the hypotenuse, and h is the short side of a small triangle and b is the hypotenuse.

I would say choice B.c because "c" completes the whole bottom of the triangle. But I could be incorrect because this isn't my area of expertise

@AAAlive , I have to disagree with you and I'll explain my reasoning. Shown below is the diagram redrawn (a la me...) with an angle circled. I'm going to call it angle P, just to give it a name.

So angle P is one of the two non-right angles in the giant triangle a-b-c, right? It's also one of the two non-right angles in the smaller triangle h-a-y. We're dealing with similar triangles! See the diagram below. It may help to rotate one of the triangles so the right angles line up.

From this, we can tell that a/b as y/h! The correct answer is C. y.
