First question: Three branches, Florida has a governor (president of a state), executive branch, legislative, and judicial. We have a senate, house of representatives. Second question: I believe its B, each state has its own constitution. Third Question: Ok legislative branch of Florida makes laws just like the Senate and House do so at the government level. Fourth Question: I think its referencing the Florida constitution rather than the US one. I'm certain its B, but I would do research on it. :)
