No one is helping me in Health Sciences!!!! Which of the following is an example of proper movement for a biceps curl? Rotate the arm at the shoulder with the back straight Bend the arm at the elbow with the back straight Rotate the elbow and arch the back Bend the elbow and move the upper arm forward

Hi there. The second choice would be the one you would want to choose. because if you try a bicep curl you can do this a couple ways, you can hold a weight and come close to touching your shoulder or you don't have to hold a weight. Hope this helped! Any questions please let me know!

Also, if you try to do them all you will see only one gives you the best stretch, which is what you are looking for here. @Noelia7402

Choice A is arm circles, choice B is a bicep curl, choice C is like moving your arm when you are like jumping rope, and choice D is just being kinda lazy. @Noelia7402
