Not really a history question, but theres no geography. What happened to the population of New Orleans during and after Hurricane Katrina? People stayed to protect property. People evacuated and returned slowly. People evacuated, but almost all returned. People evacuated and did not return. C is false, the population of NO now is about 80% of what it was in 2000 before Katrina. I think its B as the population was about 45% after Katrina, does anyone else agree or object?
