Hi everyone. So I started off by rewriting the problem as \[(x-0)^2+(y+2)^2\le3^2\] and I got the boundary is (0,-2) and the radius as 3. I then shaded the inside of the circle. Where did I go wrong? The graph that is on there is the one I tried and got wrong.
