Question

i have a few problems with OpenStudy
first of all is any moderator or ambassador supposed to take down a members post without consisting the member first. Also when people put in a report about member those a warning go right to that member or some one checks up on why the report was given first and the reason behind it. The reason i am asking these questions is because 3 times already i have been falsely accused and one of those times One of my post have been taken down and i want to know why.

Well 1st Ambis cant take down post but mods dont have to notify you before he/she does because its probably against the CoC

Mods make sure that the reports are indeed true. Then decide on the necessary actions that need to be taken.

some moderators do message the user beforehand to ask about deleting
but when there are a lot of things to clean up, they might not have the time to message before moving on to the next report they got

moderators aren't really as mean and grumpy as ya'll might think - they're just drowning in other people's problems.
so it they don't communicate properly at times, please be forgiving ^_^
