water air or honey...?
Diffusion is the process by which fluids can move from area of high to area of low concentration. I believe honey is not appropriate as it is very dense, not allowing volume to be occupied by gases to react. The same, but better would happen in water. There will be a bit more space available for gases. As air not dense, there will be a lot of space available for gases to react. Thus I will choose air.
