If the first note in the last measure is a quarter note than you have too many beats in that measure, but as far as rules for a melody it looks correct. The only thing I can't remember is the rules on passing tones. Because in the 3rd 7th and 8th chords you have notes that don't belong in the building of those chords. Great job on the chord progression. I usually like to follow this diagram which you have.
Yeah, I think the prof said that it's ok to do notes not in the chord as long as they are stepwise connecting two notes that are within the chord. But i'm not sure o.0 the roman numerals were given in this case so I had to use those notes which is what made it difficult.
