ITS NOT WHY IT POPS UP, its when you reply and a guest is viewing a post :P it doenst have a smallAvatarSrc Attribute and the template requires that to display the update, so what occurs is when the JSON updates, it fails and then the update appears as the template, as a result of the update data no longer exsisting client side.
