The 3rd choice, by logic and process of elimination, is the only true one. The other 3 choices all describe physical changes.
A chemical change involves making or breaking chemical bonds; doing so necessarily changes the molecular structure.
It's definitely the third one since it talks about change at a MOLECULAR level, therefore it would be a chemical change.
