I don't exactly remember this but I am sorta confident that: Leptin originate from the adipose tissue therefore \(\textbf{adipocytes}\). Insulin originate from the pancreas therefore \( \beta\textbf{-islet cells}\). Neuropeptide Y (NPY) originates from the \(\textbf{hypothalamus}\). Cholecystokinin (CCK) originates from the duodenum which is found in the \(\textbf{small intestine}\)
