From this map you can tell that during the Cold War the United States had a strong influence in East Germany the nations of Europe were mostly communist in the Cold War European nations were divided into two major political blocs the Soviet Union lost influence in Eastern European states
The correct answer would be A.
Thank you can u help me with another?
Actually, I'm not sure that is the right one. Give me sec. and yes I can
yay thank you
Hold on...
ok
I personally think you want to look to the third for your answer. Political blocs -> factions and there are two distinctive colors representing two different factions. History states that there was the West Europe group (which I think was NATO), which was in favor of democracy, which would theoretically be the blue, and then the communist groups (I believe it was the Warsaw Pact), which was in favor of communism, which would theoretically be the red.
thank you!
You're welcome.
can you answer another just one more?
Sure.
Sounds Good. @Surana.
"World politics was an extension of Soviet politics, which was in turn an extension of Stalin's preferred personal environment: a zero-sum game, in which achieving security for one meant depriving everyone else of it."—Lewis Gaddis, American historian Based on the above quote from historian Lewis Gaddis, it can be determined that he believes that Stalin held little regard for individual rights national security supersedes liberty Stalin acted on behalf of his personal environment the Warsaw Pact was a union of one
I'm thinking it's the second one. "Security for one means depriving everyone else of it" seems to indicate he's focusing on his own country's security while implementing harsh measures in all others, in essence, he secures his own domain by ensuring all others obey him.
thanks so much!
You're welcome!
