If we first solve for 'y' we get:\[y=1.5x+2\] From this we can see that: y is not constant, eliminating c. y is a function of x, eliminating b the slope is positive eliminating d. a is the only one left. Check by picking an 'x' on a, say x=0 and plug in \[y=1.5(0) +2 = 2\] This checks out. Check again by picking x=2 then \[y=1.5(2)+2=5\] Checks again.
