I don't need an answer, I just want to know if I am correct. This is an isosleces triangle, thus all angles together add up to 180. If I am right, ABC and BAC should be the same, right? And BCA should be the different one.

you just said all the angles in a triangle add up to be 180
so that means we have the following equation to solve for x:
$$ABC+BAC+BCA=180 \ \text{or } \ (8x+11)+(3x+9)+(5x-8)=180$$

k once you find x you have to enter it into 8x+11 to find ABC
and to 3x+9 to find BAC and so on...
