you can get help from more advanced people too if you wanted, and there are live chats you can join if you just want to hang out and talk

This cite is used to help you with your school, if your stuck just ask for help. Also if somebody gives you a really good answer you click on best response and that will give them medals, and you can also chat with others. Anyways, this is the general question area. No it costs OwlBucks, but if u don't have enough Owlbucks then u can buy Owlbucks w/ real money. Also there are rules, but some people do not want to follow them, if somebody begins to harass u, u can report them. It is best that you follow the rules and be polite and respectful and that will make u a better person for it.
