OpenStudy (shiburinga):

Yeah, I get ya.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you or anyone else cant help its okay, ill just go off of what I think about the topic and hope that the outcome is a decent essay lol.

OpenStudy (shiburinga):

Hm.. what do you think about it? :3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well I disagree with Act and i believe it was extremely unconstitutional I'm just not sure how to formulate the essay from there. It has to be at least 5 paragraphs so i was wondering if i should do 3 body paragraphs, and have each one describing how it was unconstitutional and unacceptable?

OpenStudy (shiburinga):

I think so, too.

OpenStudy (shiburinga):

i gtg see you later!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

pooja195 (pooja195):

Try the link @mittens23309 gave you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh yeah i just saw that, ill start reading through it now, thanks you guys

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Worcester v. Georgia, a Supreme Court Case, effectively declared it unconstitutional. Worcester had violated a law that prohibited him from entering Indian lands to trade without a license. He was convicted, and appealed it to the Supreme Court. The Court sided with the state of Georgia, stating that the Cherokees had to be treated as sovereign nations since they had treaties with the U.S. government. Jackson ignored it, stating that the Court should enforce the ruling, and he went ahead with the Indian Removal Act.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks! i think using that and the link you gave me i should be good to go! i appreciate this!:) I know this seems like an easy question, but i usually need a shove in the right direction to get me going with essays and stuff
