it is saying what study skills do you learn best with, and how do you use it or how does it help you, I can't help you on this one too much because I have very unique learning stiles, for I am all 3 learning stiles and I have multiple different learning disabilities, so I will learn different than you. you have to figure out what learning stiles you have and say how does it help you and how do you use it.
