So the explanation~ U can straight away cut out the option "Neuron " because neuron itself is a nerve cell, they have asked for the junction adjoining the nerve cell and another cell. So that's wrong. Also we know the axon, dendrites are part of a nerve cell, so those are out . Now we are left with Synapses. :)
