How can I dilute 6% hydrogen peroxide into 3%?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

peroxide continuously breaks down, 6% h202 is 6% peroxide and 94% water, so if you mix 100ml of 6% peroxide with 100ml of water will give you 200ml of 3% peroxide
