Does anyone know how the fundamental rights of education is protected in Argentina, Spain, and United States?

OpenStudy (sasabina123):

In Article 27 of Spain's constitution it states "Everyone has the right to education. Freedom of instruction is recognized." This is how it is protected in Spain.

OpenStudy (sasabina123):

However the United States does not protect the fundamental right of education in its Constitution. This is why we have started an educational reform also known as Common Core.

OpenStudy (sasabina123):

In Argentina, they reformed their Constitution in 1853, establishing a social right "to good education". It was also included in the principals of the preamble.
