FAN AND MADEL URGENT PLZZ HELP NONE MUTIPLE CHOICE how many 1/2 do we need to make 1/6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, half of something is already more than 1/6 of something...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@riphunter so is I wanted to make 1/6 and I didn't have 1/12 in measuring cup what would I have to do to get 1/6

My guess would be to take half of 1/3rds since you already have that, because 0.5/3rds is 1/6ths basically, and you can't say 0.5/3rds because that's not what fractions are known to be, I mean I've never seen a decimal based fraction. Lol - So, yeah I would use half of 1/3rd, so on your measuring cup just get about half of that and that should be about 1/6ths. I hope this helps in someway! Have a great day! ;) {---Ghostgate---}
