name three examples of "concentrated" forms of energy

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

for example, nuclear energy, can be considered as an intrinsic form of energy, since it comes by the mass transformation process. Also, the energy trapped inside an electric field, can be considered as a "concentrated energy", whose density \(u\) is given by the subsequent formula: \[u = \frac{{{E^2}}}{{8\pi }}\] where \(E\) is the magnitude of electric field. Finally, the kinetic energy associated to the unit of mass of water, can be considered as a form of "concentrated energy". Please keep in mind that the kinetic energy of a water is used in order to produce electrical energy by means of hydraulic plants
