HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!!!! Will give medal, best answer, and fan for good quick answers! Which of the following is a consequence of using fossil fuels as an energy source? A. Decreased carbon dioxide levels B. Increased biodiversity C. Increased Acid rain D. Decreased ecosystem disruption I think it might be D but I may be completely wrong

According to what I read here: http://www.conserve-energy-future.com/Disadvantages_FossilFuels.php I think it is C
Fossil fuels release carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide, carbon monoxide etc. when burnt that can have severe consequences on the habitats
Acid Rain: Sulphur dioxide is one of the pollutant that is released when fossil fuels are burnt and is a main cause of acid rain. Acid rain can lead to destruction of monuments made up of brickwork or marbles. Even crops can affected due to acidification of loams. Coal mining results in destruction of ecosystems and also endangers the lives of mineworkers.
i believe C
Thanks! thats what it is! @Watermelon_Talk I fanned you yesterday, so i will medal you.
@Watermelon_Talk I agree with u
Burning fossil fuels release Carbon dioxide which is acidic (slightly). When more CO2 get accumulated in air it becomes acidic. So of course it we know acidity in air disrupt the ecosystems. So that does not decreases the amount of ecosystem disruption. It increases the disruption
