WILL FAN & MEDAL Which equation represents the graph of the linear function? a; y= -3/2x - 2 b; y= -3/2x + 2 c; y= -2/3x - 2 d; y= 3/2x - 2
It's C, but im not quite sure how to get the answer. I just sort of used Rise over run.. but that only gets us half of it. I believe that we start our graph at 0,0, then we would rise two, and run 3, but since it's negative we'd run to the left. now we have our basic line, then we'd lower 2 on the Y axis due to the -2 in the equation, so that the graph would reach where we are now.. i can try and draw it out for u if i gave a bad explanation lol
i aint the best at graphs, and if someone has a better explanation please say.
thank you :)
does the explanation work for you?
and if u need more help, tag me. ill see if i can ^_^
yes could you help me with another?
yup, make a new post and ill hop on it
just procrastinating on an essay atm.
ok thanks :)
