I believe that is correct. Well, I think three of them could work because a friendly letter can be sent to someone you do not know, and you must include your address in a friendly letter, and there are many variations of a friendly letter. 
The one that does not work is: There is only one way to write a friendly letter. 
I could be wrong because I have not written a friendly letter in about two (2) years.
