Um well none of the answers are exact but the best answer is choice D, the last one. It cannot be choice A or C because these have greater than symbols, and that means the other side of the line would be shaded purple. The y-intercept is closer to -2 than -3, so the equation that best fits this graph is choice D.

@AndrewIsHere, I actually figured this out on my own, and it seems to most likely be A. When converting it to slope-intercept form and dividing all the numbers of the inequality by -3, it changes the symbol to less than. Thanks for taking the time to look at it nonetheless!
