You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use. NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes. Considerations for the public: By using one of our public licenses, a licensor grants the public permission to use the licensed material under specified terms and conditions. If the licensor’s permission is not necessary for any reason–for example, because of any applicable exception or limitation to copyright–then that use is not regulated by the license. Our licenses grant only permissions under copyright and certain other rights that a licensor has authority to grant. Use of the licensed material may still be restricted for other reasons, including because others have copyright or other rights in the material. A licensor may make special requests, such as asking that all changes be marked or described. Although not required by our licenses, you are encouraged to respect those requests where reasonable. More considerations for the public.

Considerations for licensors: Our public licenses are intended for use by those authorized to give the public permission to use material in ways otherwise restricted by copyright and certain other rights. Our licenses are irrevocable. Licensors should read and understand the terms and conditions of the license they choose before applying it. Licensors should also secure all rights necessary before applying our licenses so that the public can reuse the material as expected. Licensors should clearly mark any material not subject to the license. This includes other CC-licensed material, or material used under an exception or limitation to copyright. More considerations for licensors.

OpenStudy (anaise):

dood.....I do not care :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Mally is just a copierrrrr

OpenStudy (malcolmmcswain):

In other words, don't reproduce my work without attribution. (i.e. credit to @malcolmmcswain) Otherwise, I will revoke these freedoms under the violation of the terms. If you continue to not abide, you will be technically violating copyright laws... and that will certainly not be good.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

He hacked my computer for this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

xDDDDDDDDDDD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol mally do u really want credit...for my work?!?!?!??

OpenStudy (malcolmmcswain):

I am actually a professional graphic designer, and I do not take this lightly. All my work, no matter how small, or silly, is CC-licensed. (Except for private corporation's work :P)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol..ok..ill give u credit today is mally day we all "took" ur work..xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol...*shouts on top of lungs* THIS IS MALLY PIC GUYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE LOVE MALLY AND HIS WORK SO WE TOOK IT>>>

OpenStudy (anonymous):

♥..OMG MALLY IM SO HAPPY U LET ME USE UR PIC AND BLESSED ME WITH UR ARTISTIC QUALITIES ♥

OpenStudy (malcolmmcswain):

Listen, I know I may seem harsh, but once I am a CC Designer/Developer any work that is produced must be shared using the CC guidelines. :)

OpenStudy (malcolmmcswain):

You should learn more if you intend on taking a creative career path later in life: http://creativecommons.org/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol i understand yew no need to explain lol..i am a artist also but i draw realistic stuff mostly... but yea i do drawing with paper not by computer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol...nope im more of a hands on..i cant draw on the computer without the help of dan tbh

OpenStudy (malcolmmcswain):

If you are an artist, I urge you to license your work if it is shared on the internet. You will often find your work stolen and monetized if you do not.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea i enter my work in contest so it is already copy righted by my teacher...

OpenStudy (malcolmmcswain):

"If you continue to not abide, you will be technically violating copyright laws... and that will certainly not be good." Also, my mistake, you would not be copyright laws... it would be Intellectual Property :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so u want me to take off the pic basically?

OpenStudy (malcolmmcswain):

Nope. I'm fine with you putting the pic up... that's completely allowed. You may not, however, claim that you are the creator of the work.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok..i wont..i explained to yew that it was a mally day..:P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ill use my old pic..:P

OpenStudy (malcolmmcswain):
