As far as I can tell this is impossible because there is no number greater than 600,010,000 that is less than 600,001,000.
`600,001,000 > 600,010,000` is false so I agree, there is no solution to `600,001,000> x > 600,010,000`
maybe they meant to say this? 600,001,000 < ______ < 600,010,000
