is false, they vote 41 days after the popular vote. It has nothing to do with how many Wednesdays have occurred in December. i am hoping this is the right one

The statement that is considered false is D. The electoral college is located in Washington D.C. This is false because the "electoral college" is not a specific place, or college. hope this helps :)
