If you know the name of the user then there are two ways you can find them :)

then just type in the username :) and dm them :3
2)You can press Ctrl+F on the subject page and type in their username in the part to see what is highlighted like this

you do no know the usersname then you are out of luck sorry! :(

Or you can just tag the person like this @redpokemon10 and click on his name and unblock him like that. :)
