Assuming that's a equilateral triangle (all the angles and sides are equal to one another) 7x = 9x-14 (move all x's to one side and solve for x) -2x = -14 x = 7 Plug x=7 into one of the equations 7 x 7 = 49 7 x 9 - 14 = 49 A. 49
