First of all we need to create different ways of how someone would buy up to 5 lbs of Shrimp with different solutions, however one of them has to be an extremely good deal, normally for me I would just use trial and error until I figured out what the best deal would be and then go to the second part of writing the reasons why, but... I don't think this problem is asking that.
