Quick 'formula'question! Solve for the variable *a* in this equation. c= 8πfb (It doesn't even list an 'a' either. o-o) A.)8πbc=f B.)c/8 =f C.) c/8π =f D.) c/8πb =f Help?? XD
I assume you needs to solve for the variable f?
I suppose I do lol
Because, thats what they did in the answers, that you can select :P
Ohh I see, I feel stupid for that. But I don't exactly know what I'm doing here
You need to isolate f. So in order to get rid of 8πb on the right side then you need to divide both sides with it.
So i divide both sides by 8πb? (Just making sure I don't do something else incorrectly xD)
Yes :)
Try and to that, and tell me what answer you get
So then that'd be... 8 times 3.14 which is 25.12. But what do I do with the b?
You dont have any values for c or b. So you just want to isolate f:\[c=8πfb\]\[\frac{ c }{ 8πb }=f\]
This looks exactly like one of your answer, which?
Oh so then it's just D? That was simpler than I thought
Correct :) D.) c/8πb =f
Thanks! :D
You're welcome :)
