Can someone please look at my grammar and spelling mistakes?

In situation # 1, I believe the autocratic style work pretty well because an autocratic style leader is, that emphasizes task over people, keeps authority and information to himself or herself , and acts in unilateral and control fashion. In this case, I would like to use my autocratic leader style to help those people who need help in writing and presenting a good film video and I choose autocratic leader because it help those people who need people but in this scenario most people seems enthusiastic on doing the project whereas in case if anyone need help then he or she able to ask.

In scenario # 5, I will choose a democratic style leader, who committed to task and people, getting things done while sharing information, encouraging participant in decision making and helping people skills. In this scenario, I would like to use my democratic style by helping my friend in decorating a house for best friend birthday party and also I am going to give my friends advice on how to decorate it properly. I choose the democratic style leader in this scenario because if you do share information with each other that will make work much easier to do and also in this situation we have only 30 minutes left to decorate a house.

In situation # 6, I will choose a laissez faire style because a laissez faire style is what displays a “do the best you can and don’t bother me” attitude. In this scenario, I would like to use laissez faire style because related to this situation I can’t call the boss which make things very complicated so that why I will more reference to stay quiet and I will say do what you want to with but don’t bother me.
