OpenStudy (marinebaby):

how would I solve sqrt8 + sqrt32?

OpenStudy (hhmorris98):

Pull out anything that can be squared so in sqrt 8 you would end up with 2 root 2 + 2 root 8 which you can then make that 4 root 2. So you end up with the equation 2 root 2 + 4 root 2 then add them together to get 6 root 2
