what are some economic, political, and/or social causes and consequences of the Civil War? please help me

Economic reason - It was because in the South, plantation owners had slaves, & were getting a lot of money on growing their cotton.

Political Reason - Well, I guess it's because their wasn't many northern states (state that allowed slavery) in the 1850s.

Social Reason - The war started, mainly because their were many Abolitionists wanting to end slavery in the country once and for all.
