Without a Ph meter, how do you know when to stop titrating ? be specific

honestly this depends on what kind of titration that you're doing, but often times you'll look for a color change

In order to see a color change you need to add before tritation starts an acid-base indicator to the solution. Let's say you use phenolphtalein, an acid base indicator that is colorless in acid or at ph7, and turns pink(purple) on basic solutions I'm not really good with colors
