@Pawanyadav I don't mean to rush but could you help me in a hurry I gotta get this done!!

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

Total area=area of rect.+ area of semicircle You know the radius is half of width. Area of rectangle=length ×width Area of circle=π(width/2)^2 So area of semicircle= area of circle/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

plus or minus

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i have so far 27 * 22 ? then 3.14 * 11^2 divided by 2

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

Plus

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

OK have you done

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A training field is formed by joining a rectangle and two semicircles, as shown below. The rectangle is 95m long and 76m wide

OpenStudy (anonymous):

moving onto the next

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Pawanyadav

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would it be 9487.08

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

Same as the 1St problem we have done

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

No

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then what did i do wrong?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

11754.16??

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

It has complete circle So don't divided the second area by 2

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

Yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A rectangular piece of paper with length 35cm and width 14cm has two semicircles cut out of it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so do i divide one this one?

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

It also have two semicircle so not but Minus in this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so don't divide just regular but minus

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):

Yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 336.14?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I just need you for one last problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A rectangular paperboard 20in long and 16in wide has a semicircle cut out of it

OpenStudy (pawanyadav):
