As long as you are not promoting a different site, and make sure that the participants know that your giveaway is in no way sanctioned by OpenStudy ... and as long as your not asking for personal information ... it seems fine to me.

For everyone who doesn't understand what's happening...

@imqwerty received 10 OBs from my giveaway, and when @OregonDuck complained about not receiving any, qwerty kindly passed the 10 OwlBucks on to him... After asking my permission, he decided to make a spin-off of my giveaway so that he could give away his 10 OBs

He is giving away 1 OB every other day, and beyond that... idk :/

3) Making more than one account is against the rules? Not to argue you laws but I have more than one account and so do many other mods. However evading suspension is bad. Creating accounts is fine as long as you don't break the rules with them.
