The statement left out some info
it says
   ??? is the midsegment of the isosceles, and ??? is the midsegment of the trapezoid.

I would complain to your teacher.
In the meantime, we might *guess* they mean
GF is the midsegment of the isosceles, and LM is the midsegment of the trapezoid.

You can now say 1/2 of BC is 30, so BC is 60
you also know GF is 1/2 of AC (=44) so 22

can you find CD ?  First you need to know DA, but DA is = GF
