Oceans are a reservoir for carbon stored as: marine plants calcium carbonate shells coal oil

B??? IDK!! Its tricky this question!!

OpenStudy (melodydude):

Not very tricky at all my friend! Think about it. The oceans are the largest carbon reservoirs. So that likely means that carbon is stored in either dissolved carbonate species, biomass, and/or calcium carbonate sediments. Only one of those things on your list fits the description.
