A taxicab starts at (1, -2) on the grid and picks up a passenger. The taxicab travels a total of 16 blocks, and then drops the passenger off. Which composition of two translations could describe the taxicab’s final position? (x, y) (x - 3, y + 4), and then (x, y) (x + 7, y - 1). (x, y) (x - 4, y + 3), and then (x, y) (x + 6, y - 1). (x, y) (x + 4, y - 3), and then (x, y) (x - 9, y + 1). (x, y) (x - 3, y + 4), and then (x, y) (x + 8, y - 1).

I will give a medal to who ever helps too

OpenStudy (retireed):

All you need to do is just sum the x deltas and the y delta until you find the one that equal 16. The direction + or - doesn't matter, it is an absolute value change.

OpenStudy (retireed):

When you ride in a car the direction doesn't matter to the total distance.
