The 30-60-90 triangle has side ratios 1:2:sqrt(3), with 2 the hypotenuse. Since this hypotenuse has length 4, we multiply everything be 2 and get 2:4:2*sqrt(3). The perimeter is the sum: 6+2*sqrt(3).
