cuz when u substract it like the nnumber lline u get -4

Neither of those lines show that inequality, they only show part of it. Rewriting your inequality, we see that m + 5 > -1 is equivalent to m> -1-5 so m>-6? The first picture shows m >= -4 and the second shows m>-4. Did you mean to write m + 5 > 1?
