Please help. Will medal... What are the principles and ideals that shape a dictatorship?

That would depend entirely on the dictator. The form of government is one thing. The practical application in any specific instance is something entirely different. There is nothing inherently evil or nefarious about dictatorship in theory. It is only in application when things can turn sour. Read Aristotle. As a matter of practicality and efficiency, a benevolent despot would be the best form of government and democracy the worst.
