Sure, it's a great idea!

But it should only be reserved for certain users to use such as moderators and administrators.

If we let the common folk use it, then everyone will be tagging everyone to their post so that they can get help.

I hate mass-tagers. It's such a nuisance. Tag a few people you know will help and not the entire English community in your Math question.
