Sorry for the behaviors of some of  the users on this post. 
To get back to your suggestion.... Yes i agree it's a good idea however if you accidentally closed the question you can always repost the question. 
Also this feature might lead to problems and one of the biggest problems would be when a mod closes a post then a user re-opens it and keeps opening it when a mod closes it. Ya know where i'm getting at?  I hope you understand c: 
I really don't feel that this is necessary if you closed a question by accident simply repost it by copy and paste  =)
