Can someone please help me to label the parts of the vein of a cat under the light microscope?

As you can see, there are two structures present which is rather confusing 'cause i didn't find anything similar on google image.

I've never looked at a vein under a microscope, and most of the content online show cross-sections of veins and your pics don't look like them, so I dont think i can help you

I forgot to mention this, it's the transverse section of the vein.
